The app won't connect to OBS — what do I do?

Make sure OBS Studio 28 or later is running and the WebSocket server is enabled. Go to Tools > WebSocket Server Settings in OBS and check that the server is enabled on port 4455. Your phone and computer must be on the same Wi-Fi network for a direct connection.

How do I find my OBS WebSocket password?

In OBS, go to Tools > WebSocket Server Settings. If authentication is enabled, you can see or reset the password there. You can also use the QR code button to scan your connection details directly into the app.

The app connected but scenes/audio aren't showing.

Try disconnecting and reconnecting to OBS. If the issue persists, check that your OBS version is 28 or later — older versions use a different WebSocket protocol that this app does not support.

Can I control OBS when I'm away from home?

Yes — connect via a proxy URL in the app's device setup. This requires a compatible proxy service.

The app crashed or something isn't working as expected.
