By downloading or using Control OBS ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Control OBS is a mobile application that allows you to remotely control OBS Studio via the OBS WebSocket protocol. The App connects directly to your OBS instance and does not provide hosting or streaming services.
You may use the App for personal and commercial purposes to control OBS Studio instances that you have authorisation to access. You must not:
The App connects to OBS using the WebSocket protocol. You are responsible for securing your OBS WebSocket connection, including setting a password and configuring your network appropriately.
AntiScuff is not responsible for any changes made to your OBS configuration through the App. Always verify your stream settings before going live.
The App allows you to view and change stream destination settings including server URLs. Stream keys are handled securely and are not stored by the App after being sent to OBS. You are responsible for the accuracy of any stream keys entered.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AntiScuff does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all OBS configurations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AntiScuff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to interrupted streams, lost recordings, or misconfigured OBS settings.
Control OBS is owned by AntiScuff. OBS Studio is a separate open-source project and is not affiliated with AntiScuff. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
